欣葉 2022 年拓展吃到飽市場的新品牌【NAGOMI 和食饗宴】，四月一開幕馬上就訂位爆滿，每天凌晨開始刷官網都訂不到，殺到現場也說整個月都爆滿，只能用候位的！還好這次幸運排到，不過事隔一個月完全忘了有候位這件事🤣還好當天剛好沒事，才能幸運吃到😆

位於捷運中山站 6 號出口正旁邊，一出去捷運站右轉馬上可以看到櫃檯穿著和服的服務人員，超級方便的地點絕對不會迷路🤣
跟櫃檯報到後，上手扶梯到四樓，也會有穿著和服的「女將」迎接帶位，服務人員都很親切細心的說明，上桌後會先給一小杯的迎賓暖胃湯，服務蠻周到的～

一進餐聽馬上就會看到握壽司和生魚片區，師傅現捏的干貝、比目魚、星鰻握壽司，現場直接炙燒散發濃濃的香氣，馬上就餓了🤤
個人蠻喜歡干貝的，本身的甜加上醬汁，不會過鹹，很順口；不過覺得飯有點乾硬，如果不想要飯，也可以跟師傅說，他會幫你做沒有飯的版本！

其他握壽司種類滿多的，除了基本的鮪魚、鮭魚，還有有不少創意口味，像是用小卷中間填滿醋飯～

Nagomi 生魚片: 青甘、紅甘、真鯛、鯖魚、旗魚、鮪魚、鮭魚、章魚

午餐時段生魚片就有 8 種，青甘、紅甘、真鯛、鯖魚、旗魚、鮪魚、鮭魚、章魚，算是吃到飽品牌裡種類最豐富的！
有青甘就先給個讚👍而且味道很棒，續了好多盤，超適合熱愛生魚片的我🤩

NAGOMI 菜單 – 先付、冷盤、海鮮

有蠻多海鮮小開胃菜，推薦最開始可以先來個醋溜海菜，酸酸的非常開胃
炙燒旗魚也蠻讚的，淋上旁邊附的醬非常搭
麵包蟹🦀️意外的有甜而且真的挖得到大塊肉！之前去吃饗饗覺得肉少味淡，NAGOMI 的大家可以吃一隻試試看（雖然啃螃蟹真的很麻煩）

NAGOMI 菜單 – 土瓶蒸、松露蒸蛋、海膽蒸蛋

這三個推薦可以試試
土瓶蒸用清甜的柴魚高湯，加上鮑魚、雞肉、香菇去燉煮，料都給的很大塊，擠上金桔，酸酸的開胃又清爽
松露蒸蛋，蛋本身味道不重，慢慢吃松露的香氣會漸漸上來，屬於需要細細品嚐的項目～
海膽蒸蛋，味道比較甜，上面有兩顆大蛤蜊，好吃😋（看不見海膽本人，不知道是不是打在蛋裡了哈哈）

NAGOMI 菜單 – 鐵板、煮物、炸物、湯品

鐵板區有干貝、味噌豬肉、鐵板骰子牛、草蝦，推薦一定要吃骰子牛，非常涮嘴！
炸物有常見的烤香魚、雞肉串、牛肉串、雞翅，比較特別的有烤飯糰，但是怕太飽就沒試了
湯品有味噌蜆湯、日式湯咖哩、旬魚湯，另外還可以請服務人員幫你汆燙現流魚！

踏雪尋梅（左），喝起來像草莓優酪乳，酸酸甜甜的，帶有水果風味的層次，蠻喜歡的😍
白色桑格利亞（右），味道很淡。
沙瓦的氣泡感都很重，但不甜，not my type

NAGOMI 菜單 – 甜點

義式冰淇淋口味蠻特別的，有芥末香草、威士忌香草、百香果芒果、荔枝、麥茶、野莓
點了一球芥末香草，是不難吃，但是味道特別到心情很複雜XD 香草的甜後勁會有芥末上來，不辣，但是會讓人想到生魚片的感覺，一種甜鹹交錯的複雜感，真的一言難盡😂 想知道多複雜的人可以 try try

其他品項有許多日式傳統甜點：羊羹、最中餅、和菓子、蕨餅等等；還有水果、香蕉派、蘋果派、蛋糕🍰種類也很多～

NAGOMI 評價

餐點品項雖然沒有饗饗或旭集豐富，但生魚片種類很多，炙燒握壽司會想一續再續，是很適合生魚片愛好者的吃到飽～不過價格偏高了一些，講求豐富度的話，可能比較推薦旭集
服務蠻有溫度的，除了會 90 度鞠躬的服務人員，餐前餐後會分別上熱湯和熱茶，飲料也可以跟服務人員點，他會直接送到桌邊，省了排隊的時間。
離開時服務人員也會 90 度鞠躬到你離開他的視線，真的很敬業👍
